Key Skills:

  • Experience with jQuery and Angular.
  • Experience with asp.net, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Convert front end from jQuery to Angular.
  • Utilizes front end languages and frameworks such as angular, JavaScript, Bootstrap, etc. to create scalable, accessible, and reusable webpage components and templates.
  • Creates and maintains website style sheets (CSS) to ensure webpages are consistently styled according to Brand and Digital standards, and best practices.
  • Review and provide feedback for user story requirements.
  • Audits and tests all user-facing code bases to identify and resolve bugs and ensure integrity.
  • Optimizes webpages for maximum loading speed, accessibility compliance, and compatibility across browser and device types.
  • Investigates, troubleshoots, debugs and implement fixes for site defects.
  • Communicates status effectively through Jira and daily standups.
  • Engages in pair development programming, code reviews and continued learning with other members of the team.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or a combination of verifiable work experience and certifications in development preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience with front end development using jQuery and Angular.
  • 5+ years’ experience developing using relational and non-relational databases.
  • Working knowledge of Git and the command line.
  • Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable Modules and Components.
  • Experience with JS library structure, JS library packaging, & JS library publishing.
  • Architect solutions and establish best practices and introduce/implement new technologies.
  • Need to have experience in task estimation along with risk identification.
  • An understanding of Web Performance, Security and Web Accessibility.
  • Knowledge of industry standard software best practices, development lifecycle processes and Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
  • Experience in UI / UX design.
  • Experience working across teams and disciplines such as QA, Project Management, Operations, Reporting, other development teams, etc.
